Scientists have identified a genotype, rs4950, that appears to be associated with passing down leadership abilities. They found this by looking through genetic samples of about 4000 individuals. They also conducted surveys to determine the status of these individuals' jobs and relationships. The behavior was measured on whether or not the subjects had supervisory roles in their workplace.
