How NOT to Study

Scientists are saying that certian way of studying make you feel smarter but do not actually improve your test scores. Memory training and detecting shapes are two ways groups were trained. 1. I read this article that says how students don't retain the information from the lessons and also don't delve deeper into the subject, making it hard to study.

  3. I have heard about many ways to help sharpen a person's brain. In this article, http://www.helpguide.org/life/improving_memory.htm, I read that exercise and sleep are two of the most important things in trying to retain memory. I don't think scientists will be able to find a great way to improve memory in humans. This is because a person has to be willing to put in the time to memorize things- it won't happen automatically.
